Andrew B. Morgan
Andrew B. Morgan is a Bradley County native. His parents, Johnny and Sara Morgan, raised him, working on the family dairy farm and in Sara’s small business, Bradley Interiors. The work ethic they taught him from a young age has carried through to the effort he puts into every case now.
He attended Bradley County schools and received an Associate’s of Science Degree from Cleveland State Community College while a senior at Bradley Central High. Morgan received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee and his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphrey’s College of Law at the University of Memphis.
Andrew has practiced since 2008 and opened the Law Office of Andrew B. Morgan in early 2016, enabling him to practice law his way and to take care of clients in the best way possible. After his first full year in solo practice, Andrew was named the Best Lawyer in Bradley County and the firm was named Best Law Firm in 2017 by the readers of the Cleveland Daily Banner. In 2018, Andrew again received Best Attorney honors.
The firm has grown consistently since Andrew began in a one hundred square foot office and no staff in 2016 and now employs an Associate, Frank Pursell, two paralegals, Suzanne Dailey and Joshua Radford, and gives opportunities for multiple internships for local high school and college students with an eye toward the law.
Andrew is married to Dr. Brittany Renee Morgan. Brittany is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is from Cleveland, having also graduated from Bradley Central, Lee University and received her Doctorate from Belmont University. They are members at Candies Creek Baptist Church and have four dogs.

Frank F. Pursell
Frank grew up in a small town in the Upper Cumberland area of Middle Tennessee. He moved to Cleveland and joined the firm in 2019 as an associate attorney.
Frank graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2018 where he received numerous academic awards and graduated in the top six-percent (6%) of his class. Prior to going to law school, Frank received an undergraduate degree in accounting from Tennessee Tech University in 2013, and also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2015 before deciding to go to law school.
Frank had the experience of growing up around the practice of law. Two of his grandparents are attorneys in Smithville, Tennessee, and he had the opportunity of working in his family’s law firm and dealing with a wide array of cases pertaining to a general practice. This experience prompted him to go on to law school and to start a career as an attorney. He was then admitted to the Tennessee bar in 2018.
In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their two dogs, Bo and Dagny. They both love the outdoors and enjoy taking trips to the mountains, snow skiing, and camping.

Originally from the The Land, Cleveland, Ohio, Joshua Radford moved to Cleveland, Tennessee in 2007. Joshua graduated from Cleveland State Community College in 2017 with an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2019. Joshua has a beautiful wife, Kara. They have two children, Conner and Ryelee. Josh has over 5 years of experience as a paralegal, mainly specializing in bankruptcy, probates, and personal injury. He began working for the Law Office of Andrew B. Morgan in 2016 and has been deemed the “Hand of the King”. Joshua looks forward to helping all with their legal needs and hopes to provide the best legal service to all in need.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee, Ben graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. During his undergraduate work, Ben worked for the Leadership Institute in Washington, D.C. and interned with the local Public Defenders office. After graduating from Lee in May of 2019, Ben assumed a full-time position at the Law Office of Andrew B. Morgan. Ben is married to Madi, his better half, and they have two “children:” a dog named Juno and a cat named Oliver. Ben looks forward to working with you and your loved ones to address all your legal needs.
